Extra blankets are a good idea for warmth or for extra cushioning. Many people like to sleep in warm clothes to help cool temperatures, so don't forget your PJ.

Food is another basic necessity, such as water, which is needed when camping. If you have the best cooking place, you can always take dry food and snacks. If you bring fresh food, make sure all items are stored in a cooler or refrigerator. There are lots of dishes that can be used for camping so food preparation is much easier.

When you clean you must always have soap. Don't forget to pack soap, shampoo and other cleaning items. The most important toilet item to pack is toilet paper.

There isn't much to say about first aid kits, except that each camper needs one in an emergency. You can never be too safe.
